Chapter 44

It was early afternoon as Roy Green sat at his desk in the Chairman's Office at the Green Group Headquarters in Tang. He was getting frustrated that he could not contact the hired gun that was to carry out his scheme to kidnap Rick's wife. Roy had called Bill Wright several times that day with no luck. The phone number he dailed was always busy. He was beginning to suspect that something was wrong. Roy was right, but he just didn't know it.

Bill Wright was at that moment tied up and had been thrown into the trunk of a non descript business sedan and was headed to Fing City. General Han had successfully captured Mr. Wright at his hangout in the suburbs of Tang, along with several of Wright's lackeys. Those men were left beaten to death back in Tang. The whole encounter lasted less than thirty minutes from the time General Han and his men arrived until they had driven off with Mr. Wright subdued in the trunk.
