Chapter 15: Rank Breakthrough

Kalen woke up early the next day feeling refreshed and energized, the only inconvenience he noticed was the heavy smell of blood.

He wasn’t irritated about it, as it was part of their training. There was a period of training that they had to get close and sleep within the vicinity that was covered in blood. So, they could get used to the smell of it.

This would allow them to adapt to the situation that proved dangerous, tedious, and intolerable to normal people.
