After Alaska left that night, he could not fall asleep. He had thought Ariel has totally falling in love with him but It’s was not to be the case.

Though it was a good thing that Ariel has start to give in to him and might have even taken a liking to him. But Alaska wanted more, he wants her to depend on him, he wants her to love him, he wants her to see him more than the Alaska everyone knew him to be.

Before he will confess his feelings to her, he wants to be sure she also feels the same about him. Over time, Alaska had known his feelings about her, he has known his heart towards her.

He knew he has fallen in love with her. He knew she has taken every part of his heart; he finds himself thinking about her most time, smiling when he thinks of how she always wants to stand up to him but will still get afraid, happy about how she was worried about him, happy about how she stands by himself.
