Chapter 23- Apollo's Secret
“ You’re insane,” I blurted out after what Alpha Nicholas said. Apollo is the god of prophecy, he’s well know to help the wolves in their battle against the rogues and wars. No one ever saw him but the history tells that once upon a time, he descended to the mountain of Ollyan to live as a human.
There is no story to tell about his bloodline. Apollo and Selene, the moon goddess is the only goddess who the werewolves in our town gave their support during the previous centuries but everything stopped when a war happened, dividing the wolves into the right one and the other’s choosing the path of being rogues. They are told to be siblings but chooses the different path. Apollo after a year of trying to live as a human ascended into the highest mountain and no news about him came after that.
“ That’s what our investigation leads us, Devon.”
Even the night seems reluctant about his words. If I am Apollo’s daughter, then does that mean that I am a goddess?

Alfredo elevated both of the Alpha’s through their collar and pushed them inside the prison cell where I was sitting. The cold floors of the area didn’t justify the rage that I am feeling for him.
