Augustra and Amelia hurriedly followed behind the guard. He was leading them to left wing of the place. The left wing of the palace had been abandoned when Augustra's parents had died in a fierce battle. He had lost them both to a war between intruders and themselves. Ever since then, King Augustra had never set foot into the left wing. It reminded him too much of his pain.

Amelia turned to see Augustra's face. He looked tensed up and anxious. Something in her told her that he did not want to reveal this truth just yet. He might be too scared of the truth. She reached for his hand and interlocked hers with his. 

As they approached the room which the guard said Oscar and Tabitha had been spotted in, the king spoke, "stay close to me". Amelia nodded. She could hear her heart racing. Sweat was rolling down her forehead. This was the moment of truth. If Oscar and Tabitha were caught together, it would mean she was right.

Far away, at the extre
