ATLAS POV

As I followed them, they got into a car and left. I was teleported to a garden where I saw them having a good time together. And based on their conversation, it seems that Matthew rejected her only because of his father and not because he wanted to.

They dance together while their eyes are on each other. They seem to have good company now that they are alone together under the moon's light. Now, I have come to realize that probably, it was probably Matthew's father who really hates having her as his fated mate and not him.

As they were dancing, a black car suddenly stopped in front of the garden, and the first to notice it was no other than Rhea. She looks so terrified when Matthew's father came out of the fucking car and dragged his feet toward them.
