Fourteen

Zara

It was morning and I was standing before the gates of the mansion, ready and waiting for Xavier's car to come to pick me up. I was dressed neatly in a blue dress, I did my hair back and I was certain I looked presentable enough.

I heard a honk and I lifted my head from my phone to find out that it was coming from outside, I immediately walked in a fast pace out to find a car with the exact description and plate number staring back at me. I didn’t fail to notice the stair Ezra’s guard was giving me, I chose to ignore him and walk over to the car where I lightly knocked on the window.

“Good day!” I said as soon as he whined down.

“Good day, Miss Zara!” The driver said.

“Good day!” I said, I walked over to the passenger seat and tried to open the door.

“No Miss Zara, please, do sit at the back.” He said, I nodded no and pulled the door open.

“I’d prefer to sit here!” I said as I sat down next to him. He smiled charmingly at me and ignited the car.
