After marking Zara, I felt stronger, it was as though my power had been boasted. I have not used my strength in years, and I had to use because of her in other to take Kade down, I’m glad I’ve killed him and burnt his body. Zara and I have been together for two weeks since the marking, she has been resting because of the weakness it came with.

I was presently seated in the living room and going through some pack files, my mind was so concentrated that I didn’t notice that Onyx was seated next to me, she looked so sad and held her mother’s picture in her arms.

“Onyx, what is wrong my love?” I asked her, she looked at me.

“Daddy I miss mummy!” She said, I smiled. I was sad that Norah had to die, but she deserved it.

“I miss her too!” I said, she looked at me and smiled, she hugged me tightly and I pecked her forehead, she looked so down, it looked to much for even a five years old.

“Daddy, is Zara my new mummy?” She asked and I nodded.
