Chapter 20

"She's missing!" That was the very first thing he'd spoken as he reaches Gabrielle's father's office.

"What on Earth do you mean she is missing?"

"She disappeared right after the reception, I couldn't find her anywhere Gabriel!"

Gabriel's jaws click as he stands up from his swivel chair and looks out the window.

"She isn't missing... you just couldn't find her." he looks out the window and flinches remembering the times when that one particular place he knows where she is right now was still the place where they used to play in.

It was Gabrielle's little castle. Her favourite spot in the whole of the chateaux. The place where she grow up just making her parent fall in love with her everyday. That was her place, their place as a family...

His late wife and his only daughter loved that place with all their hearts contentment and so did he... But that is also the same place that Gabrielle, together with all the other things she used to love doing with her mother, abandoned after her mom
