Danica (Part 2)

Danica's nervousness, which had been gradually fading, returned. She knew Joshua would never hurt her but she couldn't stop thinking negatively. Various bad scenarios are entering her mind.

They were in a place she was unfamiliar with. They are just off the side of the road, but it appears that very few cars pass by. And the darkness makes it difficult to notice if a vehicle passes by.

Joshua said very casually, "Get out." It doesn't go with his hostile demeanor.

Danica took a deep breath before slowly exiting the car. Joshua shut the car door again when she finally got out.

"J-Josh," she called out to him, her voice weak. She was terrified that her boyfriend would abandon her in that terrifying place.

Joshua ignored her once more. He approached the car and stopped while she stood beside the door.

"Come here," Joshua said coldly. Very different from the gentle voice he uses when speaking to her.

"J-Josh, what are we going to do here?" Her heartbeat remained tense.
