Chapter Two: Bullied

"Mate! Mate! Mate!" Lia continued chanting in Elena's head.

"What do you mean by mate?" Elena questioned Lia.

"Omega"

"Mate"

Alpha Prince Donald and Leonard said respectively.

A frown appeared on Donald's face immediately, he faced Leonard.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"She is my ma.."

"No, she is not, she is just an omega" Donald cut Leonard off.

"But..."

"Let's go Leonard, the Alpha King calls for us and I bet you wouldn't wanna keep him waiting" Donald cut in before walking past Elena, hitting her in the process, she almost fell but Leonard caught her and made her stand well, he stared at her for a second before walking away.

Elena immediately held her beating chest.

"What just happened" she muttered.

"We just found our mate" Lia rejoiced, wiggling her tail in her head.

"I know but I'm confused...who is actually our mate?" Elena said and Lia went silent.

"I don't really know, you should know too" Lia muttered after some minutes.

"I don't...know" Elena said out loud.

She continued standing there and after some minutes she started walking.

It only took five minutes before she got home, she opened the door and went inside, Liam was coming downstairs.

"Evening Liam" Elena muttered.

"Hey, how was the outing? Did you enjoy it?" Liam asked.

"Yes" Elena nodded.

"I prepared dinner already" Liam said.

"I will skip it, I need to sleep" Elena uttered.

"But.."

"Good night" Elena cut in before going upstairs.

When she got to her room, she opened the door and walked in, she threw her bag carelessly on the bed before starting to take off her clothes then she walked into the bathroom, had a quick bath before walking out of the bathroom.

She walked to the closet and opened it, she brought out a blue nightie before closing it back then she put on the nightie, it stopped few inches before her knee.

She breath out before walking to her bed then she lay on it, her mind went to the Alpha Princes and she sighed.

"Who really...is my mate"

She kept thinking till sleep finally took over.

****NEXT DAY, 11AM, THE ALPHA PRINCES MANSION****

Leonard was on his bed, in his room, operating his phone when the door opened which made him look up, he rolled his eyes when he saw Donald.

"What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I'm going to the pack house, wanna tag along?" Donald asked with his hands in his pocket.

"No" Leonard replied, simply.

"Whatever" Donald rolled his eyes before turning towards the door.

"Wait" Leonard muttered and Donald turned back.

"What?" he asked.

"The girl we met yesterday is...my mate" Leonard said.

"She isn't" Donald mumbled.

"What do you mean by that? She is my mate, I can feel it" Leonard said.

"It's just trick, she is nothing but a filthy omega" Donald said.

"Stop talking about her that way" Leonard snapped.

"She is not your mate, that's it" Donald snapped back before turning to the door, he opened it and walked out.

"Is he crazy" Leonard muttered to himself before looking at his phone.

"What's going on? How can my mate be his mate" Donald said, inwardly as he walked downstairs.

"She is even an omega" he scoffed.

"She is still our mate" Thadeus, his wolf growled in his head.

"Who cares, I don't need an omega as my mate" Donald snapped.

****THE ALFONSO'S MANSION****

Elena rolled on the bed before opening her eyes slowly.

"Oh, it's morning already" she mumbled and sat up, her eyes went to the wall clock, the time was 11:15am.

"Wow, it's been a while since we've slept this long" Lia said in her head.

"Yeah, you are right" Elena replied.

Due to her part time jobs and school, she doesn't get to sleep this long. She yawned and stood up from the bed, her eyes met with the gift CeCe and Carina got for her which she kept on the single sofa in her room and a smile appeared on her face.

"Time to see what's in there" she giggled before walking to the sofa, she took the shopping bags and went back to the bed. She took the red bag first, she remembered it was the one CeCe gave her while the brown was from Carina, she brought out the gift before unwrapping it, her brows furrowed when she saw a box.

"What's this" she mumbled, curiously before opening the box, a gasp left her lips when she saw the shiny necklace with the same design of bracelet.

"It's so beautiful" Lia gushed in her head.

"Really beautiful, I can't believe she got this for me, it should be quite expensive" she replied and dropped the box before reaching for CeCe's gift, she looked inside and saw a box, it was bigger than the formal. She breath out before bringing the box out then she opened it.

"Oh my!" She muttered as she stared at the white boots, she remembered coming across it online and she said she liked it, she never knew Carina would buy it for her.

"Even if I'm an omega, I still have people who loves me" she smiled and stood up, she took the gifts before keeping it somewhere safe.

****MONDAY****

The ringing of an alarm woke Elena from her sleep, her eyes moved to the wall clock and she sprang up when she saw it was past nine and she is having a class by 10.

"Oh no, I'm late" she muttered and quickly took off her clothes, she walked into the bathroom, it didn't take up to five minutes before she rushed out. She walked to the closet and opened it then she brought a black tank top and blue pants before putting it on.

She walked over to her dressing table and picked her hairbrush, she brushed her hair with it before packing it into a ponytail then she picked her bag and phone before walking out of the room, she ran downstairs.

"Morning Liam" she said to Liam who was having breakfast in the dining table before heading to the door.

"Won't you have breakfast?" Liam asked.

"No, I'm late" Elena replied before rushing out of the house, she went to the roadside and after waiting for ten minutes, she saw a cab, she waved for it to stop and it did.

"Where to?" The driver asked.

"Crescent moonstone pack college" Elena replied.

"Get in" the driver said and she quickly got in, the driver drove away.

****CRESCENT MOONSTONE PACK COLLEGE ****

The cab stopped in front of the college and Elena hurriedly came down from the cab, she paid the driver before running into the school, she checked the time on her phone.

"I'm so late" she sighed when she saw it was already 10am and continued running, as she did, she bumped into someone.

"Not now" she groaned, inwardly before looking up, her body shook in fear when she saw Madelyn and her minions, Clara and Sasha.

Madelyn is the number one bully in the college and she bullies Elena at any given chance.

"I'm..so..rry" Elena stuttered.

"How dare you bump into me, you this filthy thing!" Madelyn yelled and Elena moved back in fear. By now, the students were already gathering to watch.

"It was a mistake...I'm sorry " Elena mumbled and Madelyn slapped her hard on her right cheek, Elena gasped as the cheek started stinging immediately.

"You bitch!" Madelyn said and made to grab Elena's hair but a car drove in which made her stop immediately. The doors of the car opened and Leonard and Donald came out of it. Elena's heart started racing as she stared at them.

"Oh my!"

"It's the Alpha Princes"

"Gosh, they are so hot"

The students murmured but as the Princes walked past them, they bowed immediately. Leonard and Donald continued walking till they stopped in front of Madelyn.

"What's going on here?" Leonard asked, his eyes on Elena whose head was now bowed.

"Oh nothing, I was just talking to her" Madelyn replied with a wide smile.

"Okay" Leonard mumbled before walking away with Donald, Elena looked up and her eyes followed them till she could see them no more, Madelyn immediately turned to Elena.

"Back to you, how dare you stare at the Alpha Princes" she said and got hold of Elena's hair.

"Ouch!" Elena yelped in pain. The students attention were back to them.

"I pity her"

"She can't escape Madelyn"

The students said as they watched.

"Huh, does it hurt?" Madelyn asked, mockingly, tightening the hold on her hair.

"Ahh please" Elena pleaded, tears coming out of her eyes.

"To hell with you" Madelyn said and pushed Elena roughly to the ground, she winced as she fell on her elbow, her head hit the ground and she could feel blood coming out, Clara and Sasha giggled.

"Let's fight back" Lia said in Elena's head.

"We can't, we are no match for her" Elena replied.

"But still...".

"Please" Elena cut Lia off.

"Guys" Madelyn signalled to them both and they started hitting and kicking Elena while she only cried loudly for help but no one offered any.

Like who would? It's Madelyn here, the Beta's daughter who everyone fears, going against her means doom.

"Stop" Madelyn said after some minutes and Clara and Sasha stopped.

"Next time you cross my path again, I will skin you alive, filthy omega" Madelyn said and hit Elena's face with her heels before walking away with her minions, the students started dispersing leaving Elena helpless on the floor.

Elena sniffed and tried getting up but she fell back down. Carina and CeCe who were just entering the school, saw her and immediately ran to her.

"Oh my God! What the hell happened?" CeCe asked.

"Don't tell me it's Madelyn again" Carina muttered and Elena nodded.

"Gosh, that witch, I wish I could kill her" CeCe fumed.

"Let's take her to the infirmary first" Carina said and together, they helped Elena up, they started walking to the infirmary.

After minutes of walking, they got to the infirmary and they went in.

"Oh my! What happened " the nurse there gasped and rushed to them, she took Elena from them and helped her sit on a bed.

"How did this happen?" The nurse asked.

"She was..."

"I fell" Elena cut Carina off and they faced her but she looked away.

"Are you sure? Cause this doesn't look like injuries gotten from a fall" the nurse muttered.

"I'm sure mam" Elena replied and the nurse sighed before getting the first aid box. She cleaned the injuries on her head, elbow and the other places she got inured before plastering them.

"All done" the nurse said.

"Thanks" Elena bowed.

"It's fine and are you sure you were not bullied?" The nurse asked and Elena nodded.

"If you say so" the nurse shrugged before walking away from them.

"Why did you lie to her?" Carina asked lowly.

"I can't possibly tell her I got bullied by Madelyn" Elena scoffed.

"Why not!" CeCe snapped and Elena rolled her eyes.

"But are you okay?"

"Does it hurt?"

CeCe and Carina asked respectively.

"I'm fine" Elena smiled faintly and CeCe sighed.

"I don't think we can still make it to class" Carina muttered.

"Of course, we can.." Elena checked the time on her phone.

"It's just twenty minutes past ten" she added.

"But.."

"Let's go girls, I can't afford to lose points" Elena said and stood up before walking out of the infirmary, CeCe and Carina shook their heads before following her.

****LECTURE HALL****

They got to the front of the lecture hall, Elena opened the door and they walked in, all eyes turned to them immediately.

"You guys are late" the female lecturer who was taking the students, said.

"I know mam, we are sorry" Elena muttered and the lecturer sighed.

"You can come in but note this, it's because Elena is my best student, that's why I'm letting you guys in" she said.

"Thank you mam" they bowed before searching for seats and they found one in the middle of the class.

Leonard's eyes was on Elena all through, he frowned when he saw the plaster on her head.

"She was fine when I saw her this morning" he thought as he continued staring at her.
