Rain

Glass shards pierce my skin, and pain erupts all over my back as I fall over a table, which breaks under my weight, and it takes only moments for everything to come crashing on the ground. Me included. The table was placed on the part of the backyard that was paved, and I hit my head on it pretty hard.

I lay there trying to understand what just happened.
