Lucian's POV

Gasps of surprise sounded all across the meeting room. The words of the Alpha of Crismon Lake Pack came forth loud and clear, that I could not ignore either way.

Marcus was the first to speak, following the moment Alpha George had spoken.

"What is this nonsense you speak?" Marcus's anger was clear.

"Supreme Beta, what I speak of is great urgency and seek instant brainstorming and intervention." Alpha George replied calmly.

At my position at the head, my head already began to spin because of thoughts that created a typhoon. Even hearing Alpha George's old English intonation and speech made me sick and irritated.

"Why would you even say it? Can't you seek a better day and setting to divulge this critical information?" Marcus's eyes kept falling on me, like he was waiting to have a say.

I remained silent and watched.

Alpha George did his own part of answering the question thrown at him. "I would rather it be said here and now. It is true even though I may sound crazy."

"Obvio
