My teeth clattered as I walked around the cold night. The cave could have been warm for me but it was too cold and dark to make the trip up there. I was floating in space. With no sense of time or my location but I felt at peace. Absolute peace. Something I've not felt in a long while. I spent the night in what I've come to know as Agnia's room. No one tried to wake me up so I slept until midday. She went about her activities and returned often even bringing me my lunch but I couldn't eat anything at the moment. I forced myself to get out of bed and take a bath while replaying everything that happened last night. I should have listened to my gut instinct. The door flew open and light from the hallway flooded the room entrance. I stared like a fool as the Alpha's large frame filled the doorway. ALPHA ROME'S POV Staring at the shattered pieces of the artwork caused me grief. Lucille loved that artwork especially, that was why she hung it next to the door where she could look at it in our old bedroom. When I recreated it, I put it where it was formerly. I was torn between being furious with Frost and understanding it was a mistake. Why was she there in the first place? How did she find the key?
