When my eyes opened for the first time, my vision was blurry. I closed my eyes and rubbed it and when I opened it again, I was looking up at a pale blue ceiling. Like the type, you’ll find in a fancy house. To my left, I saw beautiful drapes and a large window. Was this how the afterlife was? I expected it to be full of nature. Not this....... The guard opening the door woke me up. Before I could fully comprehend what was happening they were hauling me out of the cell.
