Ayo.
It was a new day as we woke up surprisingly to the annoying sound of an alarm horn. It was so annoying and infuriating but then I was sure it was a way of making sure that nobody was late to the meeting. The speakers that committed this atrocitiy were hidden in the wooden panels in our room.
I heard Ini groan in frustration as Deja tossed and turned in her own bed. "Make it stop" she whined, using the pillows to cover her ears. My already wide awake self just laughed at her antics. She wasn't a morning person.
The blasting of horns finally stopped and I decided to get up and start the day. The big wall clock said that we had thirty minutes to get to the servants hall.
