Chapter 26

I turned and saw my father standing there.

It's midnight, and all the lights in the mansion are off except for the lights from outside and the guard house.

"There's a lot going on in the office that you don't know about. What are you up to?" he asked before I could answer.

He walked to the place where the light switch was. Maybe all the staff here in the mansion were already asleep, so he was the only one who opened the door. I think the remote was on the table, so he walked over because he was closer to it.

He walked towards me and spoke again: "Perhaps you are forgetting that you work in my company as a regular employee and not my son to act like that? You are not doing your job well. If you do one more sloppy thing, you will see the result of your negligence." He threatened and went up the mansion first.
