Chapter 9

Dawn's P.O.V

The next day I was given a day off so I could buy myself an appropriate dress for the showing. I asked Olivia to help me select one as there were many dresses I loved but they wouldn't do for an formal function. We returned in time for me to get ready.

Olivia helped me with with my makeup and hair after I had a bath and I took my dress out. It was a turquoise sleeveless dress and had a pattern of squens going downwards and spreading at the end. I put it on and looked at myself in the mirror.

I couldn't recoganise myself. I felt a little self conscious as I left my room and headed towards the living room to see the boys and Olivia watching soccer.
