Next morning.

I was woken by the continuous beeping of my phone. I forcefully opened my eyes, dragging my phone from the table beside the bed where I had kept it.

The photo that popped up had me closing my eyes and then opening them again. I needed to be sure I was seeing the right thing.

I rushed into the bathroom to wash my face to be sure it wasn't my eyes that were deceiving me.

With shaky hands, I picked up the phone, taking a proper look at the picture sent to me from an unknown source.

The picture had the caption: "Here's the lady you're dying to have... you really think she'd change her lifestyle for an old hag like yourself? She'd choose young, vibrant men who could function well, unlike your old ass." My heart shattered into a thousand pieces as I stared at the picture of Rose hugging Conrad.
