The morning air was crisp when Lucian entered the Blackwell Tower. The lobby felt charged with tension that spoke to the shift in the company’s pulse. The merger again felt like more than a corporate agreement. It felt like threads tangled between two people trying desperately to control their frayed ends, tangled together in the dance of their twisted past.

In the expanse of the conference room, Isla was already seated, her legs crossed, her spine straight proudly. The pearl cuffs of her cream silk shirt winked under the lights as she spoke sharply with one of Elan’s marketing heads.

“Authenticity,” she said firmly. “That’s what Elan built its reputation upon. This merger doesn’t mean we bury that under a mountain of Blackwell.”

“Of course,” came the measured reply. Yet every word felt like a warning because this was still her kingdom.

The empire she built from her handwork and sweat.

Through the glass walls, Lucian watched quietly. He watched the confident tilt of her chin.

  • The Billionaire's Ex-wife is untouchable now   The Fall of Claire Blackwell

It rained the morning Claire Blackwell was summoned to the court. Poetic justice, perhaps. Cold droplets streaked the tall, stained-glass windows of the Blackwell estate as she stared at her reflection in the mirror, lips painted in a perfect shade of deceit. The house she’d once ruled like a queen now stood hollow. The board had turned against her.Her son had exiled her from his life. And now... Isla was leading the charge.Downstairs, the media swarmed like vultures. Protesters carried signs that read: “You don't bury the truth.”“She stole a child.”“Justice for Isla.”Claire slipped on her gloves slowly, controlling the tremble in her fingers. “They think they’ve won,” she muttered to herself. “They think I’ll fall.”But Claire Blackwell did not fall. She burned.***Inside the Courtroom, Lucian and Isla sat side by side in the plaintiff’s row. The judge was a composed woman in her late sixties with fierce eyes, the kind of judge who didn’t tolerate theatrics. The courtroom was

  • The Billionaire's Ex-wife is untouchable now   The Hidden Truths

The air outside the courthouse was sharp with tension. Cameras lined the streets. Microphones bristled like weapons. Reporters jostled for position. But the real weapon wasn’t in their hands, it was in hers.Isla Montgomery stepped up to the podium with a calmness born from fire. Her navy coat fluttered in the wind, hair pinned back, but her voice clear, calm and unwavering was what froze the world.Beside her stood Lucian Blackwell in charcoal grey, fingers brushing the curve of her back as silent strength. Elena stood just off to the side, arms folded, watching the chaos they were about to unleash.“Thank you for coming,” Isla began, eyes meeting the crowd. “This isn’t a press conference today. It’s a reckoning.”She opened the file in her hand and held up the first document.“This,” she said, “is the hospital’s official birth record for Aaric Blackwell.”Cameras flashed at the files. She turned the page.“And this is the forged death certificate Claire Blackwell submitted hours lat

  • The Billionaire's Ex-wife is untouchable now   Leo’s obsession

Isla returned to her penthouse just after a draining day of legal meetings and court sessions, only to be greeted by a large black box tied with a silk ribbon. No sender name or card was there. She hesitated. Her instincts prickled.Inside: a silver-framed photo of her from a Fashion Week two years ago.She was on the runway, eyes fierce, lips blood red, wearing that deep wine velvet gown from her final show. Behind the glass was a scrawled note where it was written: “You’ve never looked more powerful. But I still remember the girl behind the fire.”- LShe looked at it with her widened eyes. She placed the frame on the table, staring at it like it might burn through her skin. Her fingers curled into fists. What the hell is Leo doing? She couldn't help but think.Lucian had also texted her earlier saying, “ Elena’s gathering evidence on Claire’s abuse cover-ups. Rest tonight. I’ll see you in the morning. I won't come home tonight as I'm having a meeting with Miss Wynn regarding the

  • The Billionaire's Ex-wife is untouchable now   The Courtroom Shadows

The grand courtroom smelled like old mahogany and polished authority. Floor-to-ceiling windows allowed weak sunlight to spill across the wooden panels, but even the light seemed too afraid to touch the drama unfolding inside.Isla Montgomery sat at the plaintiff's side in an elegant navy suit, her stormy grey eyes unreadable, jaw locked with quiet fury. Lucian Blackwell was beside her, dressed in his signature charcoal Armani. But for once, the suit didn’t look like armor. There was vulnerability in the tight set of his mouth, the subtle way his hand reached beneath the table, brushing lightly against hers. Isla didn’t move away.Across the courtroom sat Claire Blackwell, serene in icy white, her sharp cheekbones pulled high with smug satisfaction. Her legal team buzzed around her, confident and cutthroat. The bailiff called the court to order.“All rise for Judge Marianne Dalton.”As the judge entered, silence fell. Isla's heart thudded loudly against her ribcage. This wasn't just ab

The evening air was Milan was soft, but something about the wind tonight felt sharp like a Knife.Inside the villa, the warmth of the fireplace clashed with the ice in Isla’s veins. She stood in front of the large window, her arms crossed, her storm-grey eyes reflecting the city lights below. Behind her, Lucian and Aaric were curled up on the oversized couch, reading Where the Wild Things Are for the third time that week. The child’s soft giggles clashed with the darkness lingering in Isla’s heart.Claire Blackwell had filed for sole custody of Aaric a few days back.Lucian was a volcano waiting to erupt, but for now, he kept himself in check because of Aaric. Because of Isla. For them.Lucian knew that losing his son would destroy what was left of his soul.***Earlier That Day, Leo Stone’s penthouse was dark, lit only by the skyline and a few scattered candles. He sat in silence, a drink untouched on the marble table beside him, his gaze fixed on a photo in his hand. It was a pict

  • The Billionaire's Ex-wife is untouchable now   The Alliance Forms

The morning sky was a bleak sheet of pewter, clouds crawling sluggishly over the London skyline like a threat not yet spoken. Isla stood in the large glass foyer of her company’s headquarters, staring down at the neat rows of file folders Elena had placed in front of her. Her coffee sat untouched. Her heels clicked against the marble floor with a sharp finality as she turned, eyes scanning the names. Each file was a woman. They had searched for more women who were silenced by Claire. Each name was a story. A story of silence. Of a bruise hidden beneath a designer sleeve. Of a career quietly ended because Claire Blackwell said so.And Isla was done staying silent."They’re scared," Elena said, her tone brisk but sympathetic. She’d worn black today, like armor. Isla glanced at her friend, her CFO, her confidante, her bulldog in heels and gave a small nod."Let them be," Isla replied, picking up one of the folders. "Courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s acting despite it."***The conf
