“Mom lives in Makepe now,“ I responded.

“Makepe?“ she asked not believing her ears.

“Yes, is there any problem with that?“ I asked with concern.

Jane nodded, affirming that there was a problem, I wanted to know at once what the issue was all about.

“And, what is that problem, you can talk about it, I will solve it if it is something I can do it,“ I replied.

“The issue is, I have never been to Makepe before but I do hear that it is a nice place, not even once; I know that is shameful on my part since it is just an hour’s journey to the place. Even if I go there, I don’t know anybody there nor do I have a place to sleep. Lastly, I do not think if my job will allow me to go with you,“ Jane poured out her heart’s content to me.

I tasted the truth in her words and it made a lot of sense to me, it was not her fault that she had not been there before.

I weighed every one of her complaints and came up with suitable solutions for their problems.

“I think you do not need to know the plac
