On the day she died, she made Alfred promise her that he would avenge his family no matter what he did but on the other hand, Tessa , Laura's mother and Alfred grandma had always preached forgiveness to him.

Alfred is seen standing inside Lisa’s ward staring at Lisa who was still unconscious. He stared at her with no expression on his face. He couldn’t believe Lisa was pregnant with his child, it’s a miracle.

He hopes when she wakes up everything will be fine again. He sighed softly as he felt guilty for everything he’s done to her and his child and just then Andrew walked inside the ward. He had actually taken Alfred to see Lisa but then on the other hand, he left him alone in the ward so he could at-least have a time alone with her.

“How’s she and the baby?” Alfred asked
