Chapter 21

I was so shocked to see Cydeo in front of me, catching his breath with teary eyes. I tried scrutinizing more of him to assume what had happened before our encounter but all I could remember was ... he was with Mezka the whole morning. He even said goodbye to me.

"Love, what made you come—" I'll just ask him but he cut me off, and what he said made me feel deaf.

"Mezka and Oshlov cheated on me."

I was stunned.

I could not react or even move a bit. I didn't know what to say because honestly, it was unbelievable and to be frank here ... How could I comfort him knowing that we also cheated?
