To say that she is shocked is an understatement. But Kaira is happy with the fact that her father has decided to send Enzo and a handful of his men to join her in her American quest. And though she wasn't particularly afraid of being all by herself, she would find life so much easier if she knew that someone else could help her achieve her goal.
And Enzo was the one she really needed to do just that. She can make do with only Enzo with her, but the few men her father sent would be a help as well, especially as she enters new territory. She doesn't know how many enemies she can make as she leaves their place, but being with their trusted men is enough to give her comfort and the determination that she is soon to win this mission.
