Toni let me embrace him for another couple minutes, before Ash and Rachel found us. They told us that everyone was going out to eat at the local pizza place. We all packed into Toni's car. I woke up on my bed in the pack house, not sure how I got here. Last thing I remember is being in Toni's car last night. My cheeks blushed a bit when I thought of his handsome face. I don't like that Ash and I don't have adjoining rooms here. In fact, he's across the hall. I washed my face and brushed my teeth really quick. I changed into some black joggers and a tight gray shirt, before stepping out into the hall. I knocked on Ash's door, but he didn't answer, which was odd. 'Where are you?' I linked him. 'Breakfast. My alarm sounded and I wanted to beat myself up for not going to bed sooner. Toni dropped me off at my room around 10, giving me a kiss goodnight. Ash and I had stayed up talking till around 1 in the morning talking about the date. He and I were both dragging our feet this morning. I haven't seen Charles or Eryn since yesterday evening before the date. I'm not sure what Charles is doing, probably avoiding me. He's the worst at apologies.I know I have training with Eryn after school today so he'll probably try to make it up to me in some way. Eryn always went out of his way when he wanted to make someone feel better. He's a good guy, just being king has put too much pressure on him. Science went by too quickly. I kind of wish Toni and I had more classes together. Toni was walking me to my art class even though his class was on the opposite side of the building. He pulled at my hand turning me into him and giving me a quick hug, before turning me back around. It was so fast I almost didn't realize what happened. I woke up, with a massive headache, at the nurse's office. Toni was holding my hand, and Ash was hovering behind him. They both looked so concerned and deep in thought. Dad was a great flier. He knew how to fly so that I felt safe in his arms. I've always called him my shadow protector. He's always there but unnoticed until you need him. He gives Ash and I space to discover ourselves while still staying involved. He doesn't pressure us into anything and lets us decide what's best for us. I'm definitely a daddy's girl. I enjoyed the flight over the ocean. I had no idea it was so far. I realize why Eric said I would be gone for a while. Dad let me touch the ocean water as we flew by. It was really nice. I could tell dad was getting a bit tired from carrying me so long though. Usually when you bring your child they are small and not an almost fully grown adult.
