24| Dress Code (Emma)

The time spent with Matthew in the office for the fitting when I was acting like the model for the gown was so surreal. He was a whole other person; he was down to earth, kind, and he is kind of genius when he’s in the zone. I hope I get to see that side of him more, I really enjoyed it.

The rest of the day went smoothly, and for once I went home without the unbelievable urge to shower. It was pleasant, and I wondered if it would last.

The next morning, I got up and showered, and while I was blow-drying my hair, I was catching up on my emails. There was one email that came in that caught my attention, it was sent late last night, from Matthew to all of his employees, the subject line said: NEW DRESS CODE

I opened it immediately and put down the blow-dryer to read it closely.
