Packing everybody up with a little bit easier and he knew that this would become a routine eventually. He knew that he was going to have them there for as long as he worked in the building. He grabbed his folders and put them in his briefcase and then gave Henry his bag. Henry just looked at him like he had completely lost his mind. “When it's time to go home I'm gonna give you this bag. And we're going to pack up the things that you want to take home with you. We can't come back to the university at night so we're going to make sure that we take everything that we want. Remember you have lots of toys at home as well so you can leave some things here. but I know that you wanna take bear and blankie with you.” Mac said as he looked at him and then he began to help Henry pick up the things that were the most important. “We're going to leave your bed in your sisters bed here so it's easier for mommy and me.”

Max had been surprised the entire night. Everybody had been on their best behavior when they actually saw Deanna standing next to him. And then of course the two kids. Max stop Deanna and the kids off at the university and then he went to the Academy. He knew that it wasn't going to take very long for him to go over everything. When he did get there he was ushered into their conference room and he passed out the folders to the three Deans of the different academies. He knew that that was going to be the number one thing that he had to do was make sure that he sold the program. He was good at selling himself as well. He had been doing it for years since he left the military. One of the things that he had to learn that in the civilian world it was his reputation that was going to get him very far. The next few days Max was completely engrossed in going over the course from the beginning to the end. He had already rewritten at once and now he was going to make it more specific period he was already looking up case files and everything else that he could possibly do to get everything completely set. He was OK with the fact that it wasn't totally official because he had the men’s word and his own captain's word working for him. He knew that they just had to make it more transferable on paper. Chapter 1The basement office was starting to get to him. He looked around and wondered if this was his life now as he could smell the dankness with the musty scent that was in the hallways as well. He was one of the best the newspapers had called him. They had said he was the one to get the case closed. That was how his supervisors had put out the call to every station in the country. He had to wonder what she was actually doing there at night. He turned his wrist to look at the time. It wasn't that late, but it was dark. He wanted to go after her though he knew he couldn't.
