Zara’s POV

“Grandma Mary, lovely seeing you again” I said cheerfully while standing up and clapping my hands in a dramatic manner.

Grandma Mary and the other prisoners gave me an odd look as if I was going crazy but I ignored them.

“What’s up with you this evening young lady, you seem very happy “ Grandma Mary said while she carefully kept the tray down and signaled for us to come and pick a plate each alongside desert and table water.

“It would have been a lot nicer if they gave us some wine or atleast juice to wash down the food. I heard that Italy has the best wine “ I said and grandma Mary playfully smacked me on the head.

“Ouch grandma Mary” I said while making a sad pout on my face.

“You should be lucky that you’re given a healthy meal besides water is always the best. Now eat up young ladies “ grandma Mary said with a motherly smile as she watched us eat.
