The tattoo II

“Are you okay?” He asked me as I shook my head getting back to the present.

I wanted to ask him about his tattoos as a guard joined us notifying him of registering which he excused himself to do.

“What have I done?” I muttered to myself as I walked to the gate to see the two brothers talking.

“No, you are not joining the tournament,” said Sinclair who walked into the palace with his brother trudging stubbornly behind him.

“It’s not your business what I do, you cannot revoke my right to join,” said Ethan, mad at his brother's decision.

I watched them get into the palace arguing as I looked through the gates to see people working on the banners.

“Do you have plans of going into the pack?” Gail asked me as I shook my head. “Why not?”

I couldn’t answer. I did not want to get on the nerves of the alpha. He had his rules and I was to stay put in the palace.

If he found out about my exit from the grounds, I would be reprimanded for it. Besides, the last time had not ended well for me.
