"A good person…" I repeated after Maria as if that was the first time I've ever heard those words being used, while also trying to imagine Lorenzo in my head as a supposedly good person.

The word ‘good’ and Lorenzo in the same sentence seems like the most unbelievable combination to ever exist.

Even though he was yet to hurt me, he has shown me several times that it was not something that was difficult for him to do, but for some reason, he always seemed to hesitate when it came to me.
