Chapter seventeen

“Are you alright?“He asked as he slowly blew some air to her face, trying to get her hair off it.

“Yes I am, are you?” She asked as she tried to get off him but apparently, she was stuck.

“What’s wrong?” He asked as his eyes slowly made way to her chest and he saw that her necklace had become stuck to his. He chuckled, “seems we’re destined for each other” he told her with a naughty smirk on his face.

“Are we really?” She asked as she gave a sly smile. “I don’t think so” she told him, winked before slowly untangling the necklaces.

As she untangled the necklaces, he couldn’t help but stare at her, looking into her eyes and wondering what was so special at her that made her so irresistible to him.
