Rex sat down in the study with his legs stretched out as he read through a book. Checking his time again, he realized that he had been sitting for close to thirty minutes and neither the Alpha nor Beta was around yet. He was beginning to feel too bored sitting all alone when he could have been doing something else.

Deciding to wait for another thirty minutes, he stood up to change the book he has in hand to something a bit more interesting.

"Do you need help with that? There are some nice collection of books in my room ranging from different genres." Claire mused behind him.

Shutting his eyes tightly, Rex tried to focus on his breath as he turned to her. "Thanks, I am not much of a book reader. I just wanted to use it to reduce the boredom."

"Then scrolling through your phone should do." Claire said as she pulled out a chair to sit in.

"I am not much of a fan. It annoys me real quick." Rex replie
