Chapter 8

Suddenly, there was a dull thud.

  \"Grandmother!\"

  \"Mom--\"

  \"Madam...\"

Margarita Song-Chu had fallen to the ground. Her eyeballs had rolled all the way up, and her body was twitching uncontrollably.

The Chu family was taken aback.

The old lady\'s body had always been healthy. She had never been like this before.

Anna Qin was stunned for a second, and then quickly reacted.

She squatted down subconsciously to help.

Like a gust of wind, someone quickly kicked her down.

Her back was hit hard, and she fell forward, her knees hitting the ground. A dull pain spread through her body.

When she raised her head, she saw Louie\'s cold face. He quickly helped her up.

His low voice was cold and severe, \"Hector, call an ambulance!\"

Carlie Chu and others also immediately gathered around her to help.

Anna Qin was squeezed outside, frowning to see the Chu family huddled together.

Seeing the old lady\'s lips was foaming, Catherine Liu hurriedly ordered the servant. \"Get some towels and water!\"

Carlie Chu and Trixie Chu helped hold her trembling limbs.

  Everyone was at a loss.

Just then, a clear and quiet voice sounded.

\"You\'ll only harm her if you carry on like this.\"

Anna Qin got up from the ground with a serious expression.

Trixie Chu immediately rolled her eyes back to her, \"Oh, shut up! This is your fault!\"

  Anna said nothing.

She knew what had happened to Mrs. Chu, and if she allowed them to behave like this, something would definitely happen.

Louie gestured at her. \"Come here!\"

Louie looked at Anna Qin. He seemed calmer than everyone else. Since Anna and Chloe were classmates, she must have medical skills, too.

  Trixie Chu was surprised, \"Brother?\"

Anna Qin didn\'t plan to just sit back and watch as the healer\'s heart.

\"The old lady is having a seizure! If you press her hands or feet, it will hurt her muscles and joints.\"

Trixie Chu didn\'t believe Anna Qin\'s words at all, \"What do you mean, a seizure? My grandma doesn’t have epilepsy, so don\'t give me that bullshit!\"

With that, she poised to drag her by the hair.

  Louie glared at his sister.

Trixie froze in her tracks. She stood back, an annoyed look on her face.

Anna Qin glanced at Louie gratefully, but he met her gaze with a fierce look.

He warned coldly. \"If something happens to my grandma, you’re going to pay dearly!\"

The gratitude in Anna Qin\'s heart immediately vanished.

  \"She’ll be fine.\"

Her eyes were cold. Her voice was clear but very soft. Louie was stunned for a moment, and when he looked again, Anna Qin had already lowered her head and started first aid.

An epileptic seizure may seem scary, but in fact, as long as it’s dealt with properly, it in itself will not be life-threatening.

Messing with the Chu family, on the other hand, that could be life-threatening.

When Anna Qin would enter this state of mind, she would focus all her attention on the patient, ignoring everything else.

She spoke without raising her head. \"Stand back, keep the air circulating!\"

Standing aside, Trixie \'s eyes widened. This liar had the nerve to order her family around.

What surprised her even more was that Louie Chu was the first to stand up to cooperate with her. He stepped aside and signaled Carlie Chu and his wife to leave.

Trixie Chu gritted her teeth secretly, unhappy that Anna had managed to make herself important.

Anna Qin first unbuttoned Mrs. Chu\'s blouse, to release the pressure from her neck. She then tried to cushion her wildly waving arms with clothes to prevent bumps.

A servant brought water and some hand towels.

Anna Qin took a towel and rolled it into a ball.

Seeing the old lady\'s trembling lips, she narrowed her eyes slightly, and hurriedly pushed the towel into her mouth.

She frowned when she withdrew her hand.

\"When a seizure occurs, the most important thing is to keep the patient from biting the tongue. Also, it’s possible that the force from colliding teeth may cause a tooth to fall out. If it gets stuck in the throat, it can endanger the patient’s life.\"

Her series of actions just now were very methodical and professional-looking.

Standing at a distance, the Chu family watched her intently. They couldn\'t help but be convinced of her words.

There was something about this woman. She reminded him of someone.

Her unhurried look, her precise movements, her calm tone. It almost made him think that she was the one who had saved him that night!

Maybe it\'s because she and Chloe Wang are both medical students?

  He dismissed the idea.

Anna Qin maintained a half-squatting posture, observing the old lady. She glanced at her watch, as if timing the incident. After a few minutes, the old lady gradually calmed down.

Anna Qin removed the towel from her mouth and helped her get up.

She didn\'t have much strength, and because she’d been squatting for too long, her knees were numb.

A long arm stretched over and took the old woman’s weight from her. She began to thank him, but stopped herself. Louie helped the old lady into a chair to rest.

After a while, she finally woke up.

  \"What happened?\"

Relieved that Margarita Song-Chu was okay, everyone began to talk at the same time. \"Grandma, you just fainted and twitched! It was the fault of this scammer.\" Trixie Chu said angrily. Pointing to Anna Qin, \"Wei, hurry up and call the police so that they can take this impostor back and put her in jail!\"

  Hector Wei looked at Louie.

Louie was the sort of person who never revealed his thoughts on his face.

He turned to Margarita Song-Chu and asked her what she meant, \"Grandma, you took her in. How do you think should we handle this?\"

Trixie Chu thought she had heard it wrong, \"Brother! You just said you want to send her to the police station!\"
