Cassandra's pov

When alpha Luke called me one night , that he found a lost girl in the wood lifeless but was still alive , and that he couldn't leave her there ,I didn't really think much of it as I quickly went to see her , alpha Luke ad I grew up in this palace

I was made a royal slave since I was a teenager , till I got to the position of the head of the royal slave , and I had always loved Luke since the very first day I saw him at the palace, I had always dreamt of me being his mate

But unfortunately the moon goddess disappointed me by giving that stupid mate jack , like I detest him alot , after several persuasion I gave in to him but, my heart belonged to alpha Luke we were close but he had never looked at me in another way apart from been a slave .

" Cassandra I need your help , I met a lady in the wood lifeless but she's still alive , I need you to watch over her and feed her whenever she's awake , pending the time I get back "." But alpha Luke that was a risky thing to do
