Lincoln was at the office, cross-reviewing some important documents, when the clock struck noon.

Rahim knocked lightly on the door before poking his head in.

“Hey.”

“Hey,” Lincoln pushed the papers away and leaned back in his seat.

“It's lunch time,” Rahim told him, and he glanced at the clock.

When she came out, he broke the news to her… about everything. Her son's sexuality, who he's dating, and where he might be.Tessa was shocked and also by the news, not only because she had just discovered that her son was gay, but because Lincoln felt that he couldn't tell her of what he had been going through.Even though, Harry didn't regard her in this household, she was sure she could have somehow stopped that arranged marriage if he had told her.She didn't care about her son's sexuality. Her son was still her son… no matter her sexuality. He was still… Lincoln.Ana, o

Mark trembled as the car sped down the road, driving to the nearest hospital.“Mr Burns…” He quavered, his sweaty palms gripping the steering wheel, “Oh, Mr Burns… are you okay?” He sniffed, peering through the windshield into the dark night. “I need to get you to the hospital.”“Drive me home,” Ethan muttered in a croaky voice.“What?” Mark turned around to stare at him. “Drive me home.” Ethan repeated, wiping his tears as he rubbed his eyes, “I'll be fine. Just… drive me home, please.”Mark returned his eyes to the road, “Oh… okay. But… what happened? You just suddenly couldn't walk and you seemed like you had a hard time breathing. “Your phone.” Mark handed Ethan his phone. “It has been ringing incessantly since you were at the meeting.”Ethan took the phone from him and stared at the screen, only to find out it was Lincoln calling.“It took so long. It's so creepy.”Ethan ignored Mark's question as he walked towards the parking lot.Mark frowned and made a face at him, then began to trail behind him.Ethan dialed Lincoln’s number and placed the phone to his ear.Lincoln picked up almost immediately.“Hey!” His excited voice came through the phone.A smile slipped Ethan's lips, “Hey.”“Why weren't you picking up?” Lincoln asked, and Ethan could imagine him making a face.“I was at an important meeting and Mark had my phone all the while.” Ethan answered, “What's up?”“Nothing.
