ROGER WILLIS

The winged-ghoul screeched in absolute agony as the dust that Soraya threw burned through it’s already popping eyeballs. The blaring shrill reverberated throughout the hollowness of the gym.

“Soraya!” I cried as I leaped near her and Idris. Idris was breathing heavily out of the unprecedented exhaustion. His face was a painting of agony and that’s most definitely coming from his wound. “Id… Mr. Lykaios are you okay?” Holding him by the arm, I asked gritting with so much concern.

“I’m fine.” He muttered casually removing my hand from his arm. “Don’t mind me, we still have to take care of that creature, whatever that is.”

“What is that?” Soraya looked disgusted by the presence of such devil.

“Diwata said it’s a winged-ghoul, some sort of a flying vampire than can sever its upper torso from its legs.” I replied basically telling her what Diwata just explained earlier.

“What happened?” Idris groaned talking to Soraya.

“We were in the middle of our P.E. class when Mrs. W
