chapter 16: the will of my father

On hearing what Nicole said, Jeremy’s wife decided to come personally. Only a few people even knew who she was, talk more of her husband and she knew that it was something important. In a few hours time after Nicole mentioned her husband, Sophia Baxton arrived at the hotel. She had come to find out who the so called person was and what they wanted.

Sophia not wanting anyone at all to know what her and the young girl talked about, asked everyone to leave the room. The woman was soft spoken, she was obviously an introvert or perhaps just another rich proud woman that didn’t feel the need to speak.

“who are you?” Sophia Baxton asked Nicole, she wore a dark shade that his her eyes. She had a very long blonde hair, and she wore a leather jacket that screamed wealth.

“I am Nicole…, Nicole Price,” she replied to Sophia, “I suppose you are Mrs. Baxton?” she asked.

Sophia gave no answer, she was silent for a while before she uttered,

“who do you work for?” her tone sounding tougher than b
