49. Embarrassed

ALINA'S POV

I hissed slightly as Theodore continued massaging my foot lightly. And I couldn't help but say, it did start to feel better. Although I didn't give him the satisfaction.

“Is it better?” Not meeting his eyes, I got up from my place, black dots appearing in my vision by the sudden action, before I started moving for the door.

But I didn't get a chance to move very far when I was pulled back and slammed into his hard chest, all the breath being punched out of my lungs. “What the hell?” I glared at him, standing my ground.

“I said I'll drop you back home, Alina. Please,” I wasn't going to take any of this bullshit. I can't risk him being anywhere within a three mile radius of my son.

“And I said that I can go back and I don't want you to drop me!” His lips thinned into a straight line before he bent down and hauled me over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes, making my whole world go upside down.
