Olivier sighed, looking up at the ceiling, lost and conflicted, as he lay down on the couch to relieve his stress.
While playing chess with Verena, Azazel heard his constant sighs and lifted his brow to Olivier.
"What's the matter, Olivier? Do you have anything on your mind?"
Azazel asked, looking at Olivier with a playful smile and Verena sees that opportunity to move her piece.
"Checkmate, Azazel."
When he heard her statement, his eyes widened in surprise, and he turned his head toward her, shocked.
"What?! When did— well, congratulations Verena!"
Instead of being disappointed, he smiled broadly at her, congratulating her on her victory, but Verena only furrowed her brow in bewilderment.
"It's merely a checkmate... you still have a chance of beating me."
Azazel only shook his head in denial when Verena smiled at him.
"I don't mind if you beat me up."
