Sila took a step back from her husband with numb face. Her heart dropped to her stomach as she stared at Klaus Barbieri.

She couldn't believe what she just did. How could she panic in front of her husband like this? How could she do such a stupidity?

Klaus' eyes hardened as he witnessed her defenses rising up. He took a step forward and held her shoulder, “What happened to you?” He asked her again, forcing his voice to come out as calm as possible.
