Chapter 9

　　Winter picked up the check list and looked at it. It turned out that it was the test report that she got when she went to the hospital for examination that day. He didn\'t know how Mason got it.

　　But it doesn’t matter how he got it. She looked at Mason with the same look, \"yes, I\'m really pregnant.\"

　　She admitted that as Mason’s eye saw red for a moment. He clenched his fists so tight that it cracked, and his voice burst out from his teeth with a fury filled voice, \"tell me! Whose child is it?\"

　　\"Why are you even asking that?\" Astonishment filled her as she looked at him? Did he think that the baby in her stomach is not his?

　　\"Still acting like a fool. I\'ve never touched you before. How could you be pregnant? Winter, I still underestimated you. You were having an affair behind my back! Look at this adulterer.”

　　Winter is shocked by Mason\'s curse. He may not love her or beat her, but he can\'t insult her without limit. She stared at Mason, \"you piece of shit...\"

　　She was unable to spit out her ire for Mason had already wrung Winter\'s neck with his hand before she could speak out. \"You shameless and cheap bitch, you were seeing some other man behind my back! I\'ll kill you!”

　　With her neck being squeezed, Winter could only look at Mason\'s murderous face.

　　How ridiculous! Mason thought of her this way. It turned out that she was so detested in his heart.

　　Winter didn\'t want to say anything anymore and didn\'t want to explain at all. And Mason didn\'t seem willing to listen as he squeezed her neck hard.

　　Her breathing became thinner and thinner, and Winter\'s consciousness became weaker and weaker. If she could die like this, would she be free?

　　She didn\'t even give any slight resistance as she looked at Mason, until there was a scream in her ear, and Mason was pulled away.

　　Looking at Winter\'s severe coughing and her thin body, he felt pain in his heart.

　　He didn\'t admit it because he felt sorry for her and he hated her, but because he cheated her, he could only see it being fooled by her again.

　　She kept saying that she loved him and tried every means to marry him, deliberately pretending to be gentle, virtuous and kind-hearted. But In the end, she got involved with other men and got pregnant with some other man\'s children.

　　Mason was pulled away by Hellen in a rage. Winter leaned on the bed as tears fell down the corner of her eyes.

　　How much does he hate her to do something like this? Did he think she was so filthy as to seek the touch of other men?

　　The despair in her heart was higher than any mountain, making Winter breathless. Winter was reminded of that crazy night.

　　That night, Mason was drinking in a private room in a bar as she got a call and rushing over.

　　Mason was so lost and intoxicated, so he pressed her on the room sofa and vented on her.

　　His mouth had been calling Hellen\'s name, giving Winter a humiliation she had never received in her life. Afterwards, she left the room stumbling.

　　Because Mason was so disgusted with her, she did not dare mention what happened that night.

　　Mason didn\'t know that he had forced himself to her, but she never dreamed that she would get pregnant.

　　She was still looking forward to Mason treating her a bit better because she was pregnant, but the end result was something she couldn\'t bear.

　　Mason couldn’t wait for a divorce. In order to get rid of her grasp, he tried to pull her father into the underwater.
