20. May I Have This Dance?

Isla’s pov

The day of the ball arrived, and I decided to go with Silvan. Silvan planned to pick me up by six. Trust me when I say I wasn’t ready; it was almost six.

I dashed out of the bathroom and quickly drew my peach gown over my body. It was good that I had rolled my hair a day before. All I had to do was to get the curls out.

Immediately, I was done with that, I heard my phone ring. I corked my head forward, and my eyes landed on Silvan’s name. I hurried up, removing the rollers from my hair, and then dashed out of my room.

When I got out of the house, I noticed that Silvan was perched outside his car.

“Wow! You look gorgeous.” He commented the moment he set his eyes on me.

“Stop with the bluffing!”

“I’m not kidding my lady.” He said, stretching his hands and leading me to the car. He opened the door for me before heading to his seat.

I realised there was someone in the back seat of the car. She looked exactly like Silvan; the only difference was her hair colour.
