11. A 'Friend' From the Past

"Luna Lee? Is that you?” said a man who accidentally bumped into Luna Lee's shoulder in the hospital lobby.Smiling at Luna Lee, whom he hadn't seen in a long time.***Two and a half years ago…It was a cold December night on the fifteenth. According to the weather forecast, it will snow quite heavily tonight so everyone is advised to stay home so as not to get caught in a blizzard at the end of the year."... please warm yourself in front of the fireplace while drinking hot chocolate," said the weather forecaster in the morning. So everyone should be ready in front of the fireplace or heating in their respective homes. But, not with Luna Lee. The girl with flowing brown hair was standing on the edge of the street crying. The snow was already falling when Luna Lee rubbed her nose which was starting to turn red from the cold and her crying still didn't stop. Her heart was breaking because half an hour ago, Lucas Lewis had said the thin

12. A Cup of Coffee

Luna Lee offered Gerald to drink coffee for a while at the cafe in the hospital."I’ll treat. What do you think?" she asked and smiled. She added, “Five… no. Just ten minutes."Luna did sound pushy because, after a long time, she felt happy to be able to meet again with a friend who had helped her in various ways so Luna Lee didn't want to waste time chatting with Gerald for a while.Gerald Olson looked thoughtful for a moment, checked his watch, and then nodded.“Okay,” he said, “but let me call my colleague for a bit because we actually have an appointment around this lunchtime.”"Oh, alright. Please," said Luna Lee.Gerald pulled out his cell phone and stepped aside in a corner to talk to someone on the phone."Hello, Mr. Aaron… Yes, it's me, Olson. Gerald Olson. I want to talk about our appointment this afternoon. Would you mind if I arrived a little late?... Maybe about, well, five or ten minutes... I just happened to have, err, urgent business. But, of

13. How They Met

Luna's introduction to Alicia Olson happened so naturally. The reason for that was because Alicia Olson was a schoolmate of Mila Stones when they were in high school. So, since Luna is Mila's friend and Mila is Alicia's friend so the two can be friends. Moreover, by chance Luna and Alicia also study at the same campus.Alicia Olson is a sociable girl and has many friends. That's why she is often invited to famous children's parties.“Alicia likes making friends with anyone,” Mila Stones once said, “Back at Prom Night in high school, Alicia surprised everyone by coming with the geekiest guy in school. If it was another girl, it might be ridiculed. But since it was Alicia so no one would insult her. The geeky boy became quite popular the following year.”Well, that's why Lune Lee didn't refuse when one afternoon Alicia approached him after class."Hey, Luna," Alicia immediately took this cat-eyed girl's hand. "Are you free tonight?""I

14. Almost You

"Lucas Lewis," the man held out his hand. "And what's your name?""I'm Luna. Luna Lee.""Oh, Luna. It means the Moon. Your name sounds beautiful like the moon that is shining beautifully in the sky right now."Luna Lee giggled at Lucas' compliment."Thank you, Mr. Flirtatious," said Luna. Lucas also laughed at that title. They went down the stairs and into the garage where Lucas' car was parked. Without saying goodbye to the owner of the party, they fled to a street more static-filled with shops with colorful lights. To replace the sound of the music at the party, which tended to be noisy, Lucas offered Luna to play a radio that was playing a ballad."Are you feeling calmer now?" Lucas asked."Yes. Feels better," said Luna.“Do you want to visit a club or…?”"No. No. I don't like crowds for tonight. Can we take a quieter path? I think the smell of flower plantations at night is quite pleasant for now.”"Okay.

15. My Brain on You

The ringer from Luna's cell phone rang, and when she saw who was calling, it was her boyfriend, Lucas Lewis. So, despite being in the midst of a busy work schedule, Luna Lee still took the time to answer the call."Hi, Bae.""Oh, hi."Has the check been completed? What was the result? " Lucas asked."It has been and the results are fine. You don't have to worry."I'm really sorry for not being able to accompany you for an obstetrical examination," Lucas said, sounding regretful. However, Luna just giggled in amusement. It's okay, dear. Really. Ah, can you guess who I met at the hospital earlier? ""Who?" Lucas asked curiously.Gerry, Lucas. Do you remember him? My friend's older brother, Alicia, Gerald Olson"Oh, he is. "Lucasresponded so flatly. He was a little jealous to hear Luna Lee was so excited by the encounter with Gerald. Moreover, Luna mentions some detailed meetings unintentionally on the day.Ah, Gerald Ol

16. When He Gets Love At The First Sight

Lucas Lewis did not study at Royal Dean University but at one of the most prestigious and quite expensive campuses, namely Brown University. So it could say that Lucas was lying on purpose. The reason why he can admit that he attended Royal Dean University, if traced backward will be like this chronology:First, Lucas Lewis and Ryan Walter do know each other. But that doesn't mean they are close like friends. Ryan Walter is the son of one of the managers at the company-owned branch Mr. Lewis and coincidentally, Ryan had been a classmate of Lucas when in high school. So, Ryan Walter has always considered himself a friend of Lucas, although Lucas never thinks like that.Second, earlier this week, Ryan Walter heard the news that Lucas Lewis would be visiting the city for an important event with the Mayor. After trying to get in touch, Ryan Walter was finally able to talk to Lucas and that moment was used by Ryan Walter to invite Lucas to his party.Third, although l

17. Guys Who Are As Sweet As Cotton Candy

She swears!Luna Lee had never brought a male friend to visit her flat in private like this. Because this girl also does not have many male friends. You could say, Luna Lee, is an introverted and quiet girl. Her close friends were few and could be counted on the fingers. But this afternoon, it seemed like Luna Lee was a lunatic; Because she invited Lucas Lewis to her flat only to pick up a blazer that was tucked away in her closet. In fact, Luna Lee could have answered, "Tomorrow I will bring your blazer, Lucas." But she didn't and instead said;"Then take it yourself at my flat."Crazy!Luna Lee really has gone mad!Let alone talking openly like that, even glancing at a guy first made Luna look shy and blush. But everything has happened, Lucas actually came to Luna's flat right after class ended. Using the car, Lucas took Luna Lee to this girl's flat while visiting. There was no longer any reason for Luna to refuse Lucas' presence. Moreover, Lucas Lewis was also b

18. Present

Lucas checks the silver watch on his left wrist which looks worn out. The hands of the clock showed nine o'clock in the afternoon and it was soon Lucas Lewis' schedule for a meeting with a new client. Just then, Ivy, his secretary knocked on the door."Yes, come in," Lucas Lewis said.Ahead was seen sticking out of the gap in the open door. It was Ivy who peeked for a moment, then went inside. "Excuse me, sir. Schedule your lunch with two people of CG Kiehl Corporation, in fifteen minutes. Please, be ready. The driver is waiting in the car to take you to Piccolo Restaurant," said Ivy very politely."Fine. I'll be ready soon," Lucas replied while looking at his cellphone screen.Ivy nodded and left the room, leaving her boss who was preparing to leave. Lucas got up from his chair and grabbed a blazer hanging from a three-stemmed pole. Wearing it and linking the two buttons of the blazer while looking out the window of his office building against the backdrop

19. Memories Of Watch

Lucas Lewis can indeed be called a manipulative man. Because, even in a fraction of a minute, he could come up with the idea of leaving the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of watches, which he had only received from his mom a few days ago, to leave at Luna Lee’s flat. His reason is very clear; So that Lucas Lewis would have a reason to come back to the pretty girl's flat. Or at least, get to see him again. However, although Luna Lee only realized that Lucas's belongings had been left on the shelf in her flat after Lucas contacted her, there is one more person who was well aware that Lucas had lost an item, the senior servant of Lewis’s family. Josh Fender. An old man who was almost the age of veterans of the Second World War, who had been with the Lewis family since Lewis junior was not born,

Lucas dared to come closer, pressed Luna Lee's body to the door of the community room and one of his arms pressed against the wall beside Luna Lee's head. Lucas remembered his erotic dream a while ago. Luna Lee's beauty so seduced his mind that Lucas grabbed those tiny red lips impatiently.Luna Lee didn't react much, just walked backward until her feet hit the bottom of the door. Luna's head lifted, staring at Lucas silently and as Lucas's face drew closer as fast as lightning, Luna couldn't think straight. This girl followed the rhythm of Lucas Lewis kissing passionately. Sticks skin to skin. Exchanging breaths and closing their eyes to feel their first kiss. Then Lucas lifted his face with red cheeks. While Luna Lee bit her lip. The two of them still didn't speak and just smiled. The door opened again and the two of them went inside. It was quite dark inside and only the dim light could come from the corridor through the gaps in the window blinds. This time, i
