“I think i’ve found the problem with the spell” Damian said standing up from the floor where he sat and rushing towards where the others were sitting.“What is it?” Tasha said hurriedly and they all left what they were reading to focus on Damian.“This is the book that Jordan was handling in the car, he did not finish reading his book because of so much worrying about us. This book says that three witches went on the quest of locking the dragon chest keys and they casted the spell together” Damian explained.“So there should be three witches performing the spell and not only Jordan?” Louis said looking confused.“Not any regular witch, the three major categories of pure blooded witches, the portion witch, the spell casting witch and the shape shifting witch” Damian said to them and they all fell quiet.“Where do we find a portion witch?” Juliette said worriedly.“I think we have to go back to school and get one that will be willing to help us out” Randall said.“But William’s a portio

“How is Avery dead?” Wendy said looking surprised too.“I felt her connection cut off from me, a connection that I thought I couldn't feel anymore” Jordan said sitting down as he felt like something left him completely.“Are we sure she didn't go along with your powers?” Wendy said looking worried. I don’t think so, i still feel my power surging through my veins” Jordan said with a low voice as he felt scared.“Are you sure it isn't just your blood that moves with the power” Wendy said again.“Enough of the speculation, lets just check if his power still works. Jordan, move the jug” Gabriel said looking scared too as he never wanted his son to suffer more than he had already suffered.Jordan looked at Minx who gave him an encouraging smile and he turned to focus on the jug, he tried the first time but it didn't work maybe because he wasn't confident in his magic. “Take deep breath Jordan, you have been doing these spells for as long as you can remember, you can still do it now” Wend

“What have you done Jordan? Do you think about the people around you before you make decisions? What would Mama Wendy say when she hears you made a pact with an evil witch?” Tasha said very pissed at the stunt he just pulled off.“I'm sorry” Jordan said with a low voice as he looked away from her unable to meet her eyes.“Sorry is not going to fix anything Jordan, did you think about what is going to happen to me if you do not know the answer to a dumb question? Have you even considered me in all your decisions lately? I’ve been trying to bottle up these things and ignore it but I can't do that anymore” she said almost in tears.“Tasha” he said holding her at her upper arm.“Let go of me!! You always claim to love me but I'm beginning to doubt it” she said yelling at him as tears rolled down her eyes.“Tasha, I know you’re mad but don't doubt my love, I know sometimes I do things that affect us and others around us but I promise this would be the last of it, I'm sorry” Jordan said hol

“What happened? Did she know a way to fix it” Tasha said looking troubled as she stopped in her tracks from pacing about in front of the attic door.“She didn't know a way, she fixed it” Jordan said excitedly and she hugged him tightly in her arms.“So you can do spells properly now?” she said excitedly.“I can” he replied.“Then take us to Jasmine’s room, she will be so mad when she finds out you came back without stopping by to say hello” she said and je realized that he hadn't set his eyes on his baby sister for almost two days.“Yeah, she’s going to be really mad i didn't tell her before i left for the quest” he said scratching the back of his head as he knew what Tasha’s reaction would be to what he just said.“You did what? Jordan really? She’s a little girl and she deserves all the attention from each family member especially you that’s the older brother” Tasha said scolding him.“I know that, i was just really pressured about the thought of actually losing my powers” he said l

“Before we start, I have a proposition to make” Jordan said and Penelope stayed quiet for a while before she spoke up.“Go on, I’m all ears” Penelope said.“So instead of this death stake, why don't we go for something that would be more beneficial to the both us” Jordan said.“You’re scared of death” Penelope said with a wry smile on her face.“Of course I'm scared of death, I'm 17, I'm not even an adult yet” Jordan replied.“So what do you think is more beneficial to me than your death?” Penelope said with curiosity now evident on her face.“Our powers, so we have the satisfaction of seeing the other suffer without magic which much worse than death itself” Jordan said and Penelope reasoned for a while, he was actually correct and if she was to win she would possess his powers and that way no one could stand against her as the ruling force of all the blood which covers in the whole state.“I think I prefer that, get ready to loose woefully” Penelope said with an evil smirk on her fac
