《Alpha Killian》全部章節：第 31 章 - 第 40 章

Eleanor: I had to fight back the smile that threatened to tear my lips apart as I walked out of the Alpha’s room. The way he spoke to me, and the way he looked at me made my chest swell. I entered my room and couldn’t help but admire his gentleness toward me. Back at the pack, my home, between those that were related to me and the man that I was to marry, I was nothing. I was the woman that they hid in a room, the woman that they only allowed outside to the garden Estate, being escorted. Most of the people who knew of my existence thought that I died a long time ago. Others didn’t even know that I was born to begin with. Even my mother was hidden from view for a long while before she was killed. And though her death remains a mystery to me, I knew that she fought with her life to see my smile. I took a deep breath as I recalled the first time that I was introduced to Elton. It was the first time that I was allowed to speak to a man. The men that were within the Estate wouldn’t a

Eleanor: I watched as Alpha Killian walked out of the suite, his eyes as hard as stone, making shivers run down my spine for a second before I shook my head, dismissing the thoughts that popped in my head. The man seemed angrier than I have ever seen him before, and seeing as he wouldn’t even look at me, I couldn’t help but feel an ache in my chest as he walked past me. “What’s up with him?” Natasha asked, frowning in confusion and I shook my head, unsure of what might have happened. “I don’t really know. He was okay a while ago, but now he just seems off.” I said, shaking my head. Natasha nudged me with her shoulder before winking and I laughed, shaking my head at her, understanding her underline message. She bit her bottom lip and I wrapped my arm around her before pulling her toward the suite. We still had a lot of work to do, and whatever was on the Alpha’s mind did not concern me. To say the least, I knew not to cross limits that I wouldn’t afford messing around with if he ch

Eleanor: “So, you are Russian but you chose to live here in the US?” I asked, choosing to want to engage in the conversation that the Alpha and I were having. The two of us have been sitting here together, at the small dining table, for the past hour and a half. And though I knew that I still had a few things to do, I knew that I didn’t want such a moment to end. This has been our few moments of peace for the past few weeks now. Everyday, after he was done with whatever he had to do with work, the two of us would come here together and either have dinner if he chose not to want to join his pack members on the dining table or we would have coffee out here. Sometimes it would just be us walking around under the stars, but I cherished every moment that the two of us were sharing. The man was not only gentle with me, but he was sure that I was comfortable with everything that the two of us were doing, and that was something that I held onto. The safety and security that I felt with h

Eleanor: I opened my eyes at the sound of an owl, cooing around. I frowned in confusion as I realized that I slept sitting down, and the low thumps that were behind me caused me to straighten up. His arms, Alpha Killian’s, tightened around me for a second before I turned around to find him smiling as he looked down at me with gentle eyes. “Easy, baby girl.” He said, his voice comforting, above a whisper, making my chest swell. “We stayed outside all this time?” I asked, voicing out my question before I could stop myself. He chuckled and nodded before helping me fix the sleeve of my dress. The fact that instead of being threatening to take it off, that he fixed it, meant a lot more than he would think to me. “I didn’t want to carry you in fear that you might wake up. So, I chose to hold you in my arms as you slept.” He said, and I smiled. He leaned in, taking me by surprise before connecting his lips with mine in a gentle kiss. “Plus, you looked like a peaceful baby in your slee

Eleanor: “Eleanor?” Natasha asked, her eyes widening in surprise at the sight of the broken perfumes that I got. Most of them I didn’t even open, and it seemed to me that there was no need to do so. “Fucking hell, you’re bleeding.” She rushed toward me before wrapping an arm around my waist and shoulder, forcing me to stand up away from the shattered glass. It was a forced habit that I had, cleaning up the mess, no matter the fact of whether or not I would be hurt, after it was made by others. In my case, it was always Elton who was breaking things, be it plates, glasses, perfumes, or even makeup cases. And no matter how sharp, I was forced to clean it up. My punishment would have been a lot worse if I didn’t. It was something that I grew up with, and was something that I knew all too well; therefore, there was no use in pretending otherwise. I just had to live with the fucked up reality that I was forced to live through. “I need to clean these…” “Eleanor, fuck these perfumes, I’l
