Chapter Eleven NADIA'S POV My phone trembling in my hand, I went down the stairs as stealthily as I could. A few feet to the kitchen door, I confirmed that indeed, Fabian was in the kitchen because the light, which I had switched off before going to bed, was now on. He was standing next to the kitchen window, a glass of water in his hand. He was shirtless, and once again, I was afforded a beautiful view of his flawless skin and back. Fabian Davenport might be a visitor, but he didn't even look out of place in a home that wasn't his. Sensing that someone was with him in the kitchen, he turned, an eyebrow raised. “Nadia…” his voice trailed as he dropped the glass on the kitchen table, “I had no idea you had come down already.” Slipping my phone into the pocket of my pajamas, I tried to ignore how good he looked in the glow of the kitchen light.
