《My dad's bestfriend》全部章節：第 71 章 - 第 80 章

Pedro braked abruptly on the shoulder of the coastal road, tires crunching on the gravel with a sharp sound that echoed through the night. The Jeep came to a halt with a jolt, headlights sweeping a dense thicket of dark trees and a small hidden clearing, far from prying eyes. He cut the engine with a brusque motion, the sudden silence becoming deafening after the continuous hum. His breath was short, hoarse, almost ragged, his hands still clenched on the wheel as if he were fighting to maintain control. Sofia, beside him, had swollen lips, cheeks flushed with excitement, a victorious, impatient smile on her lips. She didn't give him time to think. In one fluid motion, Sofia climbed over the gearshift and straddled him, her knees sinking into the seat on either side of his hips. Pedro groaned, his hands immediately grabbing her ass through her shorts, squeezing with an almost possessive force. Their mouths met in a brutal, hungry, almost violent kiss. Tongues intertwined, teeth clashed

The beach was still lively in the middle of the afternoon, even though the sun was slowly beginning to descend toward the horizon, painting the ocean in a warm golden light that made every wave shimmer. Sofia was sitting on a large striped towel, legs folded, surrounded by her friends laughing and talking loudly to cover the sound of the waves. Mia was lying beside her, sunglasses on her nose, sipping a cold soda. Carlos and Lena were playfully arguing about a failed surfing story, while Mike tried to take ridiculous photos with his phone. Ellie was a little further away, sitting on his own towel, his gaze lost toward the water, but Sofia could tell he wasn't really focused on the waves. She, on the other hand, was elsewhere. Her phone was hidden in her hand, half-concealed under her towel, and she was typing quickly, a discreet smile on her lips. Pedro was responding. Since last night, since that stolen moment in her room when he'd come to her, everything had changed. The messages ha

The music pulsed through the villa like a living heart, heavy and steady, vibrating through the white walls and the glass doors overlooking the ocean. The night was already well advanced, the air thick with a mixed smell of perfume, sweat, spilled beer, and sea salt seeping through the open windows. Colored lights swirled across the ceiling, casting dancing shadows on the bodies crowding the makeshift dance floor in the middle of the living room. Sofia was laughing, a soda in hand, trying to blend into this collective joy like pulling on a mask that was too big. She was dancing with Lena, their hips swaying to the rhythm of an upbeat reggaeton, her black hair flying around her face. On the surface, she was happy. Radiant, even. But inside, it was all controlled chaos, a fire she was trying to smother under smiles and forced laughter. She'd spent the day trying to act normal, helping Javier prepare lunch, laughing with Diego when he told his stories of failed surfing exploits. But Pedr

Sofia got home around 2:30 in the morning, her cheeks still flushed from the alcohol and the heat of the party. Her friend Carla's party had been explosive: loud music, dim lights, laughter and confidences that sometimes veered too close to sex. She closed the front door softly, slipped off her high heels, and tiptoed up the stairs so as not to wake anyone.Pedro was already waiting for her in their bedroom, lying on the bed, shirtless, wearing only boxers. He was playing on his phone, but as soon as she walked in, he set it down and smiled at her."So? Was it good?" he murmured."So good," Sofia answered, slipping off her tight dress. "I'll tell you everything later."They waited patiently for the whole house to fall asleep. Sofia's parents had gone to bed long ago, and her little brother had finally turned off his console. Around 3:15, Pedro sent her a discreet message:Come down. I'm waiting in the car.Sofia pulled on an oversized sweatshirt and cotton shorts, her heart already be

Sofia's jet-ski vibrated beneath her, the engine purring like an impatient animal as she cut through the water, leaving a trail of white foam behind her. She needed that speed, that feeling of control, to forget a little the tension that had been eating at her since morning. Pedro was there, and she deliberately avoided him, changing direction whenever he came too close. She knew he was trying to talk to her, but she wasn't ready. Not after last night, not after what she'd asked him and what he'd refused.Javier and Diego were a little further away, laughing out loud as they slalomed between the waves, their joyful shouts carried by the wind. Ellie was surfing nearby, his board gliding gracefully over the water. Sofia focused on them, trying to blend into the family atmosphere, but her mind kept returning to Pedro. To the way he'd looked at her this morning at breakfast, avoiding her gaze as if she were a ghost. To the way he'd touched her the night before, with that contained intensi
