Stories with an environmental antagonist (a storm, a disease). Stories with an internal antagonist (the protagonist's own mind). The type of conflict dictates the theme. A systemic antagonist pushes themes of rebellion and justice. An internal one pushes themes of self-mastery and guilt. Sorting this way guarantees a strong opposing force, which is half the battle for a solid story.
