Honestly, I've had better luck with specific authors than with platforms promising 'regular' content. The 'Fairy Tail' fandom isn't as hyper-active as it was a decade ago, so consistent updates are rare. AO3 gets the most new posts, but even then, it's sporadic—maybe a couple of new Nalu fics a month, and half might be one-shots. I browse by date updated and lower my expectations. FF.net feels like a graveyard for the pairing sometimes, but you'll find the occasional author reviving an old multi-chapter. For true regularity, you almost need to find a writer on Twitter or Discord who's personally invested and then follow their AO3 link.

I'm going to offer a slightly different angle: the concept of 'regular' content depends heavily on what you consider a platform. The big archives (AO3, FF.net) host the finished stories. But for regular, serialized, almost real-time development? You might have better luck in dedicated shipping spaces on Tumblr or even Twitter/X. Writers will often post drabbles, headcanons, and short scenes there daily or weekly as they brainstorm. These aren't always compiled into a formal 'fic' immediately. The interaction fuels them. So the platform hosting the 'content' could be a social media site where the story is told in fragments across posts and threads, later collected on AO3. It's a more chaotic way to follow, but it feels active.

Archive of Our Own is honestly my main recommendation for consistent, high-quality Nalu fanfiction. The tagging system is a lifesaver—you can filter for the pairing specifically, check for completed works, and even sort by kudos or comments to find what's popular. I've found some authors there who update like clockwork, and the quality tends to be higher because the platform encourages longer-form, edited work.
That said, don't sleep on FanFiction.net entirely. It's older and the interface shows its age, but there's a massive backlog. The issue is finding the regular updaters among the abandoned stories from 2012. I sometimes cross-check an author's name; if they're active on both AO3 and FF.net, you've hit a reliable source. Tumblr can be a weird hub for it too, but it's more for sharing snippets and linking back to the main platforms.
My reading strategy involves bookmarking a few dedicated authors on AO3 and checking their profiles weekly. The subscription feature notifies you of new chapters, which beats manually searching.

FF.net's app still sends me notifications for follows/favorites on my old Nalu story from 2015, so someone's definitely still browsing there. Wattpad has a surprising amount, but the quality variance is extreme—some real gems buried under piles of chatfic and songfics. If you're desperate for volume and don't mind sifting, it's an option. AO3 remains the most reliable for tagged, searchable updates, though.

Elina thought she had hit rock bottom.
She lost her job. Her therapy session dredged up memories of the ex-boyfriend who stalked and traumatized her. The only thing she had left to look forward to was the finale of her favorite fantasy series, Moonbound Faith.
Then the show ended.
The heroes won. The villain died. Everyone got their happily-ever-after.
That same night, a knock at her door shatters what little peace she has left.
Her ex is standing outside.
The man who was supposed to be in prison.
Forced to flee into a storm, Elina runs until she reaches the edge of a cliff with nowhere left to go. Faced with a choice between death and returning to the man who destroyed her life, she jumps.
But instead of dying, she wakes up inside Moonbound Faith.
Not as the heroine.
Not as a side character.
But as Luna—the infamous villainess whose tragic death she celebrated only hours before.
Determined to survive, Elina plans to use her knowledge of the story to change her fate. But everything she thought she knew begins to unravel when a small boy tugs on her sleeve and calls her one word:
“Mom.”
The original story never mentioned a child.
And when Elina uncovers the truth behind his existence, she realizes something terrifying.
The villainess was never the villain.
The story lied.
And the ending she remembers may not be the ending waiting for her at all.
Traded off by her brother, Alpha Darren, who took a loan from the Twin Alphas, Daniel and Marcus, Lila went from daughter of Alpha parents to breeder over night.
Her pleas were ignored and her opinion forced to die in a dungeon, Lila had no choice to but to agree to the terms her brother had set.
However, on the first night, everything goes wrong.
The kings mate her as their mate, but then the very next morning , the mark disappears. The curse makes Lila belong to no one but the brothers knew one thing, they wanted her, curse or no curse. However, their hidden relationship soon became public news, with Lila suddenly becoming the villain in her own story. Bonds are shattered , hearts are broken and revenge becomes the fuel Lila needed to claim back what had always been hers from the beginning.
But soon she is stunned by two shocking facts: a child growing in her, and her wolf being tied to the two men she hates.
Lila needs to go back to the only men who can destroy her curse in order to save her unborn son and herself though it may cost everything.
Since the Nine-Tailed Luna was not designed to kneel.
She was meant to rule.
Luna Elsa is gifted with magic but she couldn't use them because she never trained and had difficulties in conceiving a child for her mate, which lead to her losing her Luna position to her own eldest sister which she found out was having a sexual affair with her mate, with this, she leaves the pack out of pain but worst comes to worse when her eldest sister orders for her death and she begs the gods for a second chance and is reincarnated into a magic school where she will learn to become a power mage for her revenge.
There's no single 'best' spot because it really depends on what flavor of Nalu you're after. If you want that classic, in-character slow burn with epic adventure, Archive of Our Own is probably your strongest contender. The tagging system is a lifesaver for filtering through hundreds of works; you can look for post-Tartaros reconciliation arcs or 'canon divergence from the GMG' and find some real gems that nail their voices.
For shorter, sweeter, or more experimental takes, I sometimes wander over to FanFiction.net. The search is clunkier, but there's a certain charm to the older epics from when the manga was still serializing. You can find authors who've been writing the pairing for a decade, and their long-running stories have a different kind of depth. My bookmark folder is a mess of links from both sites, honestly. I just reread one where Natsu helps Lucy with her novel writer's block, and it was such a quiet, character-focused piece that I wish there were more like it.
Don't sleep on Tumblr either, though it's more of a scavenger hunt. Some writers post drabbles or headcanon threads there that never make it to the big archives, and the fanart-integrated fics can be a delight. The community vibe is stronger, so you might stumble upon a recommendation chain that leads you to the perfect story.
