I actually just went through this hunt last month! I couldn't find it for sale as an ebook anywhere. It's not on the Black Library site, which is strange since they have most of their back catalog. I checked the Warhammer digital app too, and no dice.

What I did find were a few audiobook chapters on YouTube, uploaded by fans. The quality was okay, but it wasn't the whole book, just the first few parts. For the full thing, I think physical is the only guaranteed route now. I got lucky and found a decently priced used paperback on eBay after a couple of weeks of watching listings.
